Does black cumin oil has the same effect?
“Black Cumin Seed extract differs somewhat from the oil. However, the most important ingredient that Is responsible for most of the pharmacological properties of black cumin is Thymoquinone, which is the major active constituent of Nigella Sativa Seed Oil or Black Cumin Seed Oil. The oil will not contain the minerals that the extract of ground seeds contains, but the concentration of Thymoquinone will be relatively higher.
Thymoquinone is considered a powerful antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-mutagenic and anti-inflammatory substance. Scientists and researchers continue to study & understand more about the multiple benefits of this substance.”
