Clinical Education is excited to partner with the Evolution of Medicine for our second International Functional Forum hosted at The Royal Society of Medicine, hosted by BBC One’s Doctor In The House- Dr. Rangan Chatterjee.
This forum is a day after the UK AFMCP (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice) training, hosted by the Institute for Functional Medicine and Clinical Education. This episode’s key theme is that the physician or practitioner’s sole responsibility does not work for Chronic Disease Management or reversal. It requires a working partnership between patient and clinician.
